Commercial Property

Alistair is a Partner in our Commercial Property team and works from our Dundee and Perth offices. He advises on a wide range of property matters, including commercial sales and purchases; developments; commercial leases and bank securities. As well as acting for developers, Alistair has experience advising farmers and others owning rural property in relation to sales for development.

Alistair also has experience in renewable energy projects advising both landowners and developers on option agreements and leases relating to wind and solar projects, battery storage and small-scale hydro schemes.
