Commerical Property

Darren is a Partner in our Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh. He acts for commercial landlords and tenants, primarily in the retail, leisure, industrial and office sectors, and aids in the acquisition of land for housing development and in subsequent site set up.

He works with various individuals and business clients seeking to dispose of land or acquire it for investment and development purposes and is also experienced in refinance and corporate support work. Darren also has extensive experience in general portfolio management so can provide advice and assessment on most aspects of general property law.
