I am a venture capital, private equity and M&A partner based in the Manchester office. As a northerner myself I am delighted to be able to help bring the tier 1 Lewis Silkin corporate team to the northern market, across the Manchester and Leeds offices.

I act for venture capital investors, private equity houses and management teams on growth capital and buyout transactions. I have extensive experience of acting on new investments, follow on investments and exits for Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) in particular. My M&A practice dovetails with the private equity work working with private equity backed platforms on buy and builds through to exits to trade or secondary MBOs.
