IP Disputes

I am an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, specialising in intellectual property and media disputes.

I advise clients on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, in particular in relation to copyright, trade marks, design rights, and passing off. In addition, I assist clients with a variety of media matters, including defamation and harassment.

I typically advise clients across a various sectors, in particulars media & entertainment, fashion, retail & hospitality.

I am also a member of our Education and Social Mobility group, and co-led the firm's World Book Day book donation scheme.
