I am a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate team and provide clients with a range of general corporate and transactional advice. The focus of my practice is venture capital and my clients tend to be startups, growth companies, founders and investors.

I joined Lewis Silkin in 2021 from the corporate finance department of a US firm. Since joining Lewis Silkin I have advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, ranging from early stage investment rounds to exits by way of M&A.

In addition to transactional work, much of my time is also spent helping clients with their day-to-day general corporate law requirements, whether that's advising companies on a departing founder or assisting companies navigate their shareholder arrangements.

I am also heavily involved with Startup by Lewis Silkin, the firm's dedicated community resource for startups, founders and venture capital investors.
