I am a corporate lawyer and deal with most stages in the lifecycle of a company including equity and debt investment (growth and private equity), joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions (from both a buyer and seller perspective), and day-to-day corporate advisory and governance.

I advise clients across a broad range of sectors, but have particular experience in advertising & marketing, media & entertainment, healthcare, and technology.
