I trained at Lewis Silkin and have been working for creative and innovative businesses for more than a decade.

I am a corporate lawyer and deal with most stages in the lifecycle of a private limited company including equity and debt investment, joint ventures, asset acquisitions and disposals, share acquisitions and disposals, day-to-day corporate governance, and director and shareholder disputes.

I advise clients across a broad range of sectors but have particular experience in advertising and media & entertainment.
