I am a Partner in the Intellectual Property team and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.

I specialise in the protection and enforcement of clients' trade mark and design portfolios worldwide. I am regularly involved in global searching filing and assignment projects. In addition to my core expertise, I have particular experience in digital enforcement, handling the global monitoring and enforcement of my clients' trade marks and copyright online.

I regularly represent clients in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organisation, Nominet, the ADR Forum, and the National Internet Exchange of India.
