I act for companies, shareholders and management teams on a wide range of corporate transactions, specialising in UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and debt finance transactions. I also act for startups and founders on all aspects of starting and growing a business in the UK including advising on shareholders' agreements, equity investments and raising debt finance.

While I advise clients across a broad range of industries, I have particular expertise in acting for businesses in the tech, media & entertainment and sports sectors.
