Sabah Siddiq is a Senior Associate in our Planning & Environment team.

Sabah is an experienced planning and environment solicitor advising on all aspects of planning and environmental law. Sabah advises on contentious and non-contentious matters, including advising and negotiating on complex s106 agreements, nitrates mitigates agreements, highway agreements, and biodiversity net gain. Community Infrastructure Levy, advising and negotiating on judicial review and planning statutory appeals, listed building, and planning enforcement. Sabah is an experienced planning solicitor, having worked for both local planning authorities and private practice.

Sabah has over a decade of experience working for local planning authorities in the southeast and has spent the last five years working as a planning and environmental solicitor for private practice, advising on all aspects of planning and environmental law.
