Matthew is an experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitor, having specialised in this field since qualification in 2016. Prior to this he gained a Neuroscience degree from Bristol University before studying post-graduate law and moving to Leigh Day in 2012. Matthew has experience across a wide variety of clinical negligence cases including birth injury claims, orthopaedic claims, ophthalmic claims and claims as a result of a delay in diagnosis of cancer and other serious illnesses. He also regularly represents families at inquests where relatives have died as a result of negligent medical care.
