Elizabeth is a Solicitor in Private Client.

Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in the Private Client Department in September 2023. She joined LBMW as a trainee solicitor in September 2021 and whilst a trainee completed seats in our Commercial Property, EEC, Litigation and Commercial and Private Client departments.

Elizabeth assists with a variety of private client work including:

Preparing and drafting Wills; Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney; Advising on the establishment of Trusts, including tax treatment, and the preparation of Trust Deeds; and Assisting with the preparation of Probate and Letters of Administration application and the administration of the Estate, including HM Revenue and Customs reporting requirements for Income Tax and IHT.

Elizabeth studied History at the University of Exeter and graduated in 2018. Following this, she then completed the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury.
