Susan is a partner and head of our commercial team. She has over 30 years’ experience acting for national and international visitor attractions, museums, hotels, sports clubs, household name retailers and manufacturers of consumer goods.

Her work ranges from drafting and negotiating supply contracts to preparing agreements for sponsorships, promotions and the full range of supply, logistics, distribution and procurement contracts. She has frequently found herself in positions and situations where she has had to influence and guide teams and clients at the highest level. This has included many appointments to both internal and external management boards and committees, and attachments to clients on either a secondment or exclusive/consultancy basis.
