Laura has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial contract matters across sectors including hospitality, events, banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.

Laura’s experience includes drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, such as:

• Agency and distribution agreements

• Manufacturing and logistics agreements

• Professional services and IT agreements

• Hospitality, events, hotel and property management agreements

Before joining Kuits, Laura worked within a Legal Managed Services organisation supporting global corporations on high-volume and high-value commercial matters. Working as an extension of in-house legal teams, she developed a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to helping businesses achieve their strategic objectives.

Laura holds the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) qualification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), demonstrating her expertise in UK and EU data protection law and enabling her to provide commercially focused advice on privacy and regulatory compliance matters.
