• Acting for Development Securities plc in a joint venture to deliver a 28-storey residential tower in Manchester city centre

• Supporting Persimmon plc on multiple acquisitions, options, and development agreements

• Representing Citybranch Limited in the redevelopment of a regional NHS hospital

• Advising a substantial Fund on all aspects of its national portfolio.
