With over 20 years of experience in banking & real estate finance law, Alison is a trusted advisor to a wide range of mainstream, challenger, and private lenders. Since joining Kuits in 2011, following roles at two national law firms, she has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic legal support across complex property finance transactions.

Alison regularly acts on the acquisition and refinancing of commercial and residential property portfolios, including development land, investment property, hotels, care homes, and leisure assets. Her expertise spans title investigations, certificates of title, lease reviews, and the drafting of security documentation tailored to lender requirements.

She is particularly experienced in complex lending structures, including transactions involving trusts, offshore borrowers, and multi-asset portfolios. Alison’s client base includes leading institutions such as Cambridge & Counties Bank, Aldermore Bank Plc, Lloyds Bank, Shawbrook Bank, Recognise Bank, Victoria Mutual, Mizrahi, and HS Credit.

In addition to her legal practice, Alison plays an active role in the recruitment and development of trainee solicitors at Kuits, helping to shape the next generation of lawyers.
