David has a particular specialism for providing advice to clients who have received a reward for personal injury, by ensuring the correct structures are in place to protect those assets for the client, for their family and for future generations.

David also helps families deal with probate procedure and has dealt with a number of high value and complex estates, with issues such as overseas assets and structures, the applicability of inheritance tax reliefs and contentious proceedings under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
