Emma specialises in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, with extensive experience advising investor clients on transactions involving a wide range of commercial assets; from single-let industrial units to multi-let office buildings and shopping centres.

She also acts for developers on site acquisitions and supports investor clients with property portfolio refinancing. In addition, Emma assists with ongoing portfolio management, including negotiating new leases and lease renewals to help clients maximise value and maintain long-term asset performance.
