Partner and head of commercial property, Nick specialises in property development (including site assembly, development agreements, forward funding and forward commitments, joint venture arrangements, construction and planning and infrastructure agreements), property acquisitions and disposals, and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Nick’s clients include major plcs, together with many national and regional property development and investment companies. He advises across all practice areas, including the leisure, office, industrial and residential sectors.
