Izzy Canbury, an  Senior Associate Solicitor, has been with the firm since 2016. Izzy’s areas of expertise include settlement agreements and contractual disputes, particularly in respect of senior professionals. In addition, she has significant experience in dealing with cases relating to sex, race, disability, and pregnancy discrimination. Izzy has also advised on many cases relating to unlawful deductions from wages, unfair and constructive unfair dismissal, and restrictive covenant enforcement.

Izzy is a member of the Employment Law Association and Birmingham Law Society. Izzy has served on BPS Birmingham Future’s Aspire committee which works to promote both Birmingham as a centre of professional services but also to encourage inclusivity and accessibility within the professional services in the city.
