Francesca is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. Her practice focuses on complex, high value disputes, often with a cross-border element.

Francesca’s work includes international arbitration; commercial and contract disputes; civil fraud and investigations; international and cross-border disputes; shareholder and director disputes.

Francesca is au fait with all stages of the litigation process and has extensive trial experience. She has conducted arbitrations under the rules of leading arbitral institutions (including LCIA and ICC), and has represented clients in ad hoc arbitrations.
