Caroline Fox is a highly experienced personal injury solicitor with over 25 years of litigation experience, having dedicated her entire career to supporting seriously injured people and their families. She qualified as a Solicitor in January 2007 and, prior to joining JMW, worked for several leading national law firms, developing extensive expertise in complex, high-value injury claims.
Caroline specialises in representing individuals who have sustained life-changing injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations. She acts in cases ranging in value from £1 million to £30 million and is recognised for her ability to guide clients through the legal process with empathy, determination and a clear focus on securing the best possible outcomes.
She has developed a strong network of leading medical and non-medical experts, rehabilitation providers, case managers and King's Counsel, allowing her to assemble the most appropriate team to support each client's recovery and long-term needs. Caroline works closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Financial Deputies and Court of Protection specialists, to ensure that every aspect of a client's future care, rehabilitation and financial security is considered.
Caroline is committed to achieving meaningful outcomes that improve the lives of her clients and their families, combining technical expertise with a compassionate and client-centred approach. She is particularly skilled in securing early rehabilitation and interim funding to maximise recovery opportunities and improve quality of life following catastrophic injury.
Alongside her legal practice, Caroline actively supports a number of charities that assist individuals affected by serious injury and trauma, including the Child Brain Injury Trust, Spinal Injuries Association, Headway, Day One and Brake. Her involvement reflects her longstanding commitment to the wider serious injury community and the causes that matter most to her clients.
