Commercial Litigation | Restructuring and Insolvency

Position

Graham is a Partner in Commercial Litigation and Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency national team at JMW. Graham has practised Commercial Litigation in Manchester for over 35 years and in that time has handled most forms of commercial disputes.

He handles high-stakes complex commercial disputes including applications for urgent interim relief, professional negligence claims, substantial breach of commercial contracts and shareholder disputes. He works with lender clients and matters with an international dimension with recent experience including Gibraltar, UAE, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

He continues to act on contentious insolvency matters including claims against directors under the Insolvency Act. His cases often involve allegations of fraud, dishonesty and economic torts. He regularly receives instructions from Insolvency Practitioners who are involved in commercial disputes. 

Graham also has partner responsibility for JMW’s digital assets offering and is part of the firm’s Boardroom Disputes team.
