Simon is an experienced Real Estate Partner with a broad client base ranging from large corporates to individual entrepreneurs across the entire commercial property spectrum.

He operates predominantly in the investment sector, working for regional and national investors, owners and occupiers alike.

Simon boasts a strong industrial & logistics specialism, having acted for a number of years for various logistics developers and operators. He also operates extensively in the office sector, and worked for many years in a tailored Retail team acting for high profile national retailers managing extensive portfolios.

Over the years Simon has also undertaken extensive work in the care sector, having acted for various day nurseries and social care providers assisting with their growth programmes.

Trained and qualified at FDR Law before joining Halliwells LLP where he spent over 7 years, before Gateley PLC took over Halliwells’ commercial division.  Thereafter he worked at Gateley for over 6 years before joining Slater Heelis LLP as a Partner where he worked for approximately 2 and a half years before joining JMW.
