Will Garnett is a Partner within JMW’s Real Estate Commercial Team

He is experienced in a wide variety of property matters, but more recently has been engaged on sales and acquisitions of investment properties (which are both tenanted and development opportunities).

Will is usually involved with a number of large projects, which often are Corporate support matters or complex property transactions involving conditionality and funding to achieve his client's required outcome. Alongside this, Will and his team run multiple Landlord and Tenant matters and pride themselves on being able to turn around these deals to tight deadlines.
