Jessica advises and litigates in complex and cross-border commercial, financial and corporate disputes. Her areas of expertise include M&A disputes, shareholders disputes and D&O liability matters. Jessica regularly litigates and advises on collective actions and settlements.

Examples of work - Represents all Dutch Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Škoda dealers in the class action for the Stichting Volkswagen Car Claim. - Represented various institutional investment funds in relation to the accounting irregularities at furniture giant Steinhoff. - Represented the Supervisory Board of SRK and the Vereniging Groep - - Rechtsbijstandverzekering (Dutch association for group legal assistance) in their dispute regarding the cancellation by Nationale-Nederlanden and Aegon of their membership and participation. - Represents a brewery in an international dispute with one of its distributors resulting from the termination of a contract. - Leaderland: represented the temporary director appointed by the Enterprise Chamber and the Leaderland company.

Jessica previously was a lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright (2007-2017).
