David’s core business consists of advising domestic and foreign companies, SMEs and large groups, as well as company executives and investment funds, on the acquisition or disposal of assets or securities, the acquisition of majority or minority shareholdings, group reorganizations, balance sheet restructuring and capital exits, private equity transactions (LBOs, MBOs, and fundraisings), and the implementation of acquisition financing or refinancing. He also has expertise in setting up incentive schemes for company executives (management packages).
David also represents clients in strategic litigation mainly involving corporate law and financing before civil and commercial courts and defends them in criminal law cases.
Finally, he assists clients in debt restructuring cases, generally in the context of amicable proceedings.
David has developed close ties with foreign law firms, particularly in Europe and the United States, with which he has been cooperating for several years and whose practice is authoritative in each of the jurisdictions concerned. He regularly acts as French correspondent for major foreign law firms.
