Nevena Radeva joined Stoeva Tchompalov & Partners in April 2025, having previously worked as a legal advisor at the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission and Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fun.

Nevena possesses an expert knowledge of a wide variety of securities, insurance and banking law matters supported by a profound understanding of their underlying financial aspects. She also has first-hand experience of financial regulatory disputes and related court proceedings. As an attorney, Nevena’s practice covers areas such as corporate and commercial, licensing of financial institutions, internal control systems and AML, local and international bond issues and banking transactions.
