Tihomir Todorov joined Stoeva Tchompalov & Partners in 2019, having previously worked as an in-house lawyer at a local consulting firm for more than two and a half years.

Tihomir's practice covers a wide range of corporate, commercial, employment and dispute resolution matters. Highlights of Tihomir’s recent work include:

advising Ascory Bank AG (Germany) and its Bulgarian branch in connection with the preparation of all transaction documents relating to the extension of loans to its clients; advising Syzygy OOD and its affiliated subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of bank guarantees by UniCredit Bulbank AD for the development of various renewable energy projects; The EUR 500 million, 6.500% Guaranteed Secured Notes, issued by Eurohold Bulgaria’s wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Eastern European Electric Company B.V., admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange; the EUR 460 million senior facilities agreement made between, among others, Eurohold Bulgaria’s wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Eastern European Electric Company B.V., as borrower, J.P.Morgan SE, as initial mandated lead arranger, The Bank of New York Mellon, as agent, DSK Bank as Bulgarian Security Agent and the financial institutions listed in the facility agreement as lenders, whereby the financing was used for refinancing of existing debt for the acquisition of CEZ Group's business in Bulgaria - advising on the transaction documents and responsible for security establishment; The EUR 98 million facility agreement made between, among others, Belozem Solar Park 2 OOD as borrower, Unicredit Bulbank AD, United Bulgarian Bank AD, Eurobank Bulgaria AD and Raiffeisen Bank International AG as lenders, UniCredit Bulgaria AD as Agent and Security Agent, whereby the financing was used for development of 160 MWp photovoltaic power plant.
