Avrumi is a partner in KRB’s Corporate/M&A practice. He focuses on multi-jurisdictional transactions involving Israeli companies operating abroad and multinational corporations conducting business in Israel. He advises clients on a broad range of cross-border matters, including corporate investments, international joint ventures, and complex global M&A transactions.

Highly active in the venture capital sector, Avrumi represents both venture capital funds and start-ups, providing strategic guidance across all stages of growth and investment. As part of KRB’s Venture Lending team, Avrumi leads dozens of venture lending financings each year.

He also has extensive experience advising on large-scale infrastructure projects, including BOT structures, across the transportation, energy, and water treatment sectors.

Fluent in multiple languages and drawing on a truly international background, Avrumi is well positioned to serve as a trusted advisor on complex cross-border transactions.

Avrumi is also a qualified notary public.
