With nearly three decades of legal and regulatory experience across the UAE, Jordan, and international markets, Hanan Al Qennah is a trusted advisor to governments, corporations, and senior executives. Her expertise spans corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tourism, oil and gas, and large-scale construction projects.

Hanan has played a pivotal role in shaping regulatory frameworks in Abu Dhabi’s tourism sector, including Saadiyat Island, and has led contract negotiations for world-renowned institutions such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Her legal counsel has influenced tourism policies and regulatory reforms across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Throughout her career, Hanan has held senior roles including Head of Policy Advocacy at Dubai Chambers, Legal Counsel at the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, and Head of Legal at both Dodsal Group and the International Investment Arabian Group. She also practiced at Al Tamimi & Company and founded her own legal consultancy alliance.

With deep expertise in policy advocacy, international benchmarking, and ICE methodologies, Hanan brings strategic insight to every engagement. She holds an LLM from Warwick University, completed an executive program at Harvard, and has been admitted to practice in Jordan since 1994.
