Behram Nasir is a senior corporate and M&A lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising on complex cross-border transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. A solicitor of England & Wales, he most recently served as General Counsel to a global fintech and trading group, where he led high-value M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory structuring across the UK, EU, UAE, and Asia.

Behram began his legal career at Ashurst LLP in London, where he trained and practised in the Leveraged Finance and International Loan Markets Group. He later worked at leading international and regional law firms, advising on M&A, distressed acquisitions, bond issuances, corporate restructurings, and shareholder arrangements.

He has also held senior in-house roles at major global financial institutions, giving him a client-side perspective on risk, governance, and deal execution. His transactional experience spans the full deal lifecycle—structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and completion—across both buy-side and sell-side mandates.

Behram regularly advises clients in regulated sectors including financial services, fintech, commodities, and digital assets. He has led multi-jurisdictional transactions involving DFSA, SCA, and CBI regimes and is fluent in French, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu. His approach is pragmatic, strategic, and commercially focused.
