Evgeny is a bilingual British national with a strong academic and professional background in law and business. He holds a B.A. in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, UK, and an LL.M in International Legal Practice (with distinction) from the University of Law, London. He has also completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at BPP Law School.
As a Partner at HAS Law Firm, Evgeny leads on matters related to corporate structuring, private client advisory, and cross-jurisdictional agreements. He brings extensive experience in commercial and corporate M&A transactions, particularly in property financing, private equity, and venture capital across the EU, UK, and GCC regions.
Evgeny’s deep international expertise and regulatory insight make him a trusted advisor to multinational corporations and private family offices looking to diversify and expand into new industries and jurisdictions.
