Rustam Mammadov is a Senior Tax Associate at Capital Legal Services.  Rustam is an experienced tax professional, and during his more than 15 years career Rustam has been working within wide range of industries including Big4 firms.  Rustam has a vast experience in advising both local and international clients on wide range of tax issues, including assistance in connection with tax complaints.  Prior to joining to CLS, he worked on managerial positions for Big4 firm and one of the leading local tax and accounting firms.
