Managing Partner

Azer Aliyev is a Managing Partner at Capital Legal Services.  Azer is specialized in corporate law and is engaged in M&A and corporate finance transactions.  Azer has an extensive experience of about 10 years that includes domestic and international finance transactions, joint ventures and restructurings, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in a variety of sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer markets, banking and finance and general industry.

Prior to joining Capital Legal Services in 2018, Azer worked in legal practices for Big 4 firms in Baku.  In addition, he worked at one of the leading local law firms mainly dealing with tax related matters.
