Senior Associate

Damla is a Senior Associate specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on litigation.

Before joining Durukan Partners, she worked in the litigation department of a Turkish law firm, where she primarily provided legal services to individual clients in areas such as private law, family law, inheritance law, and real estate law.

After joining the Durukan Partners team, she expanded her practice to include commercial transactions, contract disputes, projects, and employment relationships, gaining extensive experience in these areas. She has developed expertise in litigation and enforcement proceedings. Additionally, Damla provides daily legal advisory services to corporate clients, particularly in relation to their human resources departments.

Damla has represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including sales contracts, real estate matters (such as lease and construction contracts), insurance issues, service and employment contracts, bankruptcy and concordato proceedings, letters of guarantee, and voidable transactions. She continues to effectively resolve disputes through settlement and mediation, as well as through litigation and enforcement proceedings.
