Alessandro Fontana joined in 2000 the legal office of the Large Corporate department of Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A. (now Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.), mainly advising the management of the bank’s credit division.
From 2008 to 2016 he was with Lombardi Molinari e Associati (subsequently Lombardi Molinari Segni) of which he became salary partner in 2013.
From January 2017 to July 2021 he was a salary partner of Molinari e Associati.
As from July 2021 he is equity partner of the Firm.
He advises national and international banks on important financing and structured finance transactions as well as in the management of complex debt restructurings.
