Eri Kozakou is a Senior Associate specialising in employment law and financial services law. 

In her employment law practice, Eri routinely advises global enterprises on cross-border workforce structuring, the commencement and termination of employment relationships and remote work arrangements.

Her expertise spans the entire lifecycle of the employment relationship, from drafting bespoke employment contracts to formulating comprehensive internal company policies.  Furthermore, she handles the sensitive employment dimensions of corporate restructurings and business transfers under TUPE.

Eri also leverages her employment background in transactions, conducting labor and immigration due diligence during mergers, acquisitions, and investments to identify and mitigate underlying operational liabilities and compliance risks from an employment law and immigration law perspective.

Her regulatory experience includes advising regulated investment funds and financial institutions on their EU and Cyprus law establishment, marketing and compliance obligations.
