Alvyn is specialized in commercial law and handles any matter related to business. He is in particular engaged in negotiating all types of commercial contracts, assessing the validity of commercial/promotional operations, or assisting his clients in setting up distribution networks.

Alvyn is also very active in the sports sector and mainly advises sports organizers (federations and professional leagues) for exploitation of their assets and organization of their competitions. He focuses on matters related inter alia to sponsoring, merchandising, media rights, marketing of tickets and hospitality, image rights and fight against ambush marketing.
