Having worked for more than 10 years for EY, Virginie joined the Firm’s Tax department as a partner.
She works with French companies and international groups on the management of their day-to-day and complex tax issues (merger-acquisitions, restructuring, external growth).
She also advises private clients, and in particular directors, on their private estates.
