Advises on M&A transactions in Poland, including target analysis, due diligence, transaction documentation, negotiations, closing and implementation of transaction terms. He has participated in several dozen M&A projects and worked on transactions exceeding PLN 20 million, as well as transactions valued from PLN 5 million to PLN 20 million. Supports clients in legal due diligence of Polish companies, acting as a due diligence team member, transaction documentation negotiator and lead negotiator. Advises on share purchase transactions and other acquisition structures involving Polish companies.

Corporate Reorganisations and Commercial Contracts Lawyer: advises on corporate reorganisations, including transformations, mergers, divisions and cross-border mergers. He has participated in complex corporate projects, including a merger of more than 15 limited liability companies in one process, and independently handled a reverse merger of a limited liability company. Supports clients in company incorporation, corporate governance matters and analysis of the tax consequences of planned reorganisation processes. Drafts and reviews commercial contracts, including named and unnamed contracts, terms and conditions, regulations and documentation related to IT business operations. Advises businesses on commercial contract law and contract documentation.
