Tax Advisor in Poland: specialises in day-to-day tax advisory for international corporate groups, transactional tax analyses, due diligence reviews and restructuring projects. Advises businesses on tax law in Poland, including corporate taxation, VAT, reporting obligations, cross-border structures and tax risk management. Supports clients in matters involving Polish VAT, including tax treatment of transactions, compliance issues and VAT-related analyses. Advises on withholding tax matters relevant to international payments, corporate groups and cross-border settlements. Prepares tax opinions, conducts transactional reviews and supports clients in transfer pricing and international tax compliance matters. Represents clients in Mutual Agreement Procedure proceedings and prepares applications for tax rulings and Binding VAT Rate Information. He also drafts complaints to administrative courts and advises on MDR, FIN-48 reviews, WHT and Civil Law Transactions Tax.
