Barrister and Counsel supporting the firm’s corporate, commercial, regulatory and litigation teams. Graduate of KU Leuven, where he obtained an LL.M. in International and European Business Law, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he obtained a Master of Law degree, and SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed postgraduate management studies. He gained professional experience, including at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition. He advises on corporate, commercial, EU law, international trade and private international law matters, and supports legal analyses concerning trade with strategic goods in Poland, including regulated trade, dual-use issues and cross-border business operations. He also assists in drafting and reviewing commercial and international trade contracts, including matters involving military public procurement in Poland, and supports legal work related to regulated defense-sector activities, including industrial security clearance decisions.

Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings Lawyer: Supports the corporate team in due diligence processes, company incorporations, corporate governance matters and corporate disputes. Assists in commercial disputes, court and out-of-court negotiations, as well as administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings. He also assists in regulatory and criminal proceedings, including matters involving explosives, police and military licenses), and prepares legal analyses concerning licensing requirements for security-related businesses, including security guard licenses.
