Charlotte is a partner in the Commercial Property team at Quastels specialising in commercial real estate for private and institutional investors in relation to freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and financings of all complexity.

Charlotte has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial property and was previously a partner for a number of years in the commercial property team of a large regional firm before joining the Quastels team.

Charlotte’s clients are varied and range from institutional investment landlords to internationally recognised tenant occupier brands. Her clients span a diverse range of businesses from tech and science to manufacturing and distribution.
