Junior Associate

Anastasia Menabde serves as a Junior Associate at GLCC Law Firm. Her practice focuses on Labor Law, Corporate Law, Personal Data Protection, and regulatory compliance with Georgian legislation.

At GLCC Law Firm, she ensures data protection compliance, including preparation of personal data protection policies and documentation, her work also includes drafting corporate documentation, providing immigration law support, conducting legal research, drafting various types of agreements, preparing court documentation, communicating with clients and administrative bodies and assisting senior associates with complex legal assignments.

Prior to joining GLCC Law Firm, she worked at Palitra Holding, first as a Legal Intern and later as a Junior Lawyer. As an in-house legal team member, she primarily worked on internal corporate documentation, internal policies and compliance matters, supported various departments on contractual and regulatory issues, and assisted in ensuring the company’s operations aligned with applicable legislation.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Caucasus University, School of Law. She later pursued an Advanced Master’s (LL.M.) in Law & Digital Technologies at Leiden University.
