Associate

Tamar Namgaladze is an Associate at GLCC Law Firm, where she has demonstrated exceptional professional 

growth since joining the team as an intern in 2023 and advancing through successive promotions. She 

specializes in corporate law, tax law, and real estate, property, and land matters. 

In her current role, Tamar provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients on complex corporate matters, 

drafts sophisticated contractual agreements, prepares memorandums of understanding, detailed 

memorandums and legal opinions, and leads due diligence processes for corporate transactions. 

Prior to her tenure at GLCC Law Firm, Tamar gained valuable experience through an internship at a legal aid 

clinic before advancing to serve as a junior lawyer at one of Georgia's leading insurance companies. 

Her academic excellence 

was further recognized through a prestigious scholarship from the EU-funded Erasmus+ exchange program, 

enabling her to study at the University of LUMSA in Italy during 2022-2023. 

Since 2024, Tamar has been a certified member of the Georgian Bar Association with Civil Law 

specialization. She has further distinguished herself by obtaining a narrow (sectoral) specialization in tax law 

from the Georgian Bar Association, significantly enhancing her expertise in complex taxation matters and 

positioning her as a specialized practitioner in this critical area of law. 

Tamar is multilingual, maintaining native fluency in Georgian while demonstrating professional proficiency 

Georgian, English, Russian

Tamar earned her Bachelor's degree in Law with honors from Tbilisi State University in 2021, followed by a 

Master's degree in Private Law from Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University in 2023.
