Enveri Abuladze is a Barrister distinguishing himself in his practice area through a combination of

regulatory changes. This ensures his research reflects the most current legal environment, which is
crucial for advising clients and navigating complex labor issues.
Due to his expertise in this topic, Enveri has been invited by Georgian Employment Association (GEA) to
conduct trainings/presentations in various labor law topics, sharing his research findings and insights
with the broader legal community. Apart from Labour law, he has been invited by GEA to conduct
trainings/presentations on corporate law and Personal Data Protection law for practicing lawyers.
Enveri is also known for innovative approaches, which can lead to more effective and efficient services
for clients. In particular, together with company partner, Shalva Tskhakaia, Enveri has establish new
Labour and Personal Data Audit service for clients, which is a multi-vector assessment of the company’s
labour relations/Personal data processing (includes desk research and interviews with the personnel and
management), on the basis of which he identifies risks, makes recommendations for the prevention and
the elimination of law violations. After finishing the audit, a written document is made, where all the
challenges of the company are listed with recommendations, steps to be taken etc. After the agreement
of action plan with the client, new draft documents are made, existing procedures are corrected and
presentations for managers of the company are conduct.
Apart from Labour law, Enveri specialized with both local and international Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-
Commercial) Legal Entities (NGO). In particular, Enveri provides all around legal support to NGO’s such
as: United Nations Association of Georgia, Danish Refugees Council (DRC), Institute for War and Peace
(IWPR), Democracy International (DI), Land O'Lakes International Development Georgia etc.
Enveri also excels in conducting thorough and in-depth research. His ability to dive deeply into complex
legal issues and unearth critical details is noteworthy. Enveri’s research skills have been employed by our
clients numerous times for legal memorandums, legal opinions, Law overviews etc. It also helps Enveri to
remains at the forefront of legal developments by consistently updating their knowledge base.
Apart from barrister, Enveri is a mediator. Skills developed in his mediation career also translates and
