regulatory compliance, including with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the

Financing of Terrorism (CFT) frameworks. Ketevan has developed significant expertise in the regulation of

Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and is involved in

representing clients before the National Bank of Georgia. She plays a key role in delivering the firm’s

specialized services in AML/CFT compliance and VASP/PSP regulatory advisory.

Ketevan holds a Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B.) in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Private Law from the same university. Furthermore, in 2017, she was awarded a scholarship under the EU-funded Erasmus+ exchange program and pursued studies at European University Viadrina in Germany. In 2018, supported by a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), she continued her studies at Saarland University in Germany.
