Key representative matters:

• Worked on Al Bayan Medical Company's (K.S.C.C.) acquisition of a majority stake in Sky for the Management of Specialized Medical Centers W.L.L., a Kuwaiti leading dental clinic owned and managed by high profile Kuwaiti dentists.
• Worked on the sale of a prominent equipment and machinery leasing company in Egypt, through Investors Limited Company, a company established in the cayman islands.
• Worked on the first convertible bonds issuance in Kuwait for Sultan Center Food Products Company K.S.C.P.
• Worked on all types of capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, equity and debt issuances, funds offering, M&A, and public take-overs as well as capital markets compliance matters, including corporate governance.
• Worked on domestic and cross-border infrastructure, telecommunications and energy projects.
• Worked on the licensing process of an investment company in Kuwait
• Worked on licensing and permitting requirements and assisted in securing permits for projects .
• Worked on environmental legal and regulatory requirements.
