Counsel

Omar Adel is a Counsel at Meysan and a member of the firm’s corporate team. He has extensive experience in corporate transactions and advisory work, including providing legal advice on capital market law, handling legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements.

Omar also advises clients on antitrust and market control matters in accordance with Egyptian competition law. His expertise includes organizing distribution networks, drafting distribution agreements, handling competition disputes, and advising companies on the use of trade defense instruments, such as anti-dumping and safeguard measures.
